Research on Geometric Parameter Determination Methods for Industrial CT

Abstract: The imaging quality and measurement accuracy of industrial Computed Tomography (CT) technology are highlydependentontegeometricparametersofitssystem.Aimingat tiskeyproblem,ageometriccorrectionmethod based on thecombinationofphantomandimage processingis proposed.Firstly,the standard phantomimage iscolectedtosolvethe distance fromtheX-raysourcetotherotationaxis,thedistancefromtheX-raysourcetothedetector,andtheverticaloffsetof thedetector.Secondlytheself-calibrationmethodbasedonimagesharpnessisusedtosolethehorzontalofsetandn-plane rotationangleofthedetectorTheexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposed geometriccorrectiomethodcanaccuratelysolve various geometric posedeviation parameters inindustrialCTsystem.Thequalityof thereconstructed image aftercorrectionis significantlyimproed,andtegeometricatifactsareeectivelysuppressdAtteetie,teaverageeroftlball diameter measurement isreduced from 30.7μm to 10.9μm ,indicating that the method can meet the requirements of the actual industrial CT system for geometric accuracy correction.
