Abstract： This study takes the construction of operation and maintenance management information system of railway housing constructioquipmentasteesearchbject.imingattepobemsofpaperbased，inefcencyandfrgmtationin thetraditional management mode，anintellgentsolutionbasedonmicroservicearchitectureisproposed.Thesystemcostructs an equipment lifecycle management system that integrates“state perception，equipment history，production management， three-dimensional visualization，andexpertanalysis”.Thepracticalapplicationshows that thesystemsignificantlyimproves the operationandmaintenanceeficiency，planexecutionrateandproblemresponse speed，effectivelysupportsthedigital transformationofrailwayhousingconstructionequipmentandmaintenancemanagement，and has highpotentialforpromotion and application.
