Multi-disease Chronic Disease Management System Based on Multi-modal Data Fusion and Knowledge Graph Reasoning

Abstract: Chronic disease has become a major public health problem that seriously endangers the health of our people. Thenumberofpatients withchronicdiseases inChinaishugeandtherearemultiplediseasescoexisting.Thetaditionalmedical modelis highlydependentonthe manualoperation of medicalcare.The existing systemonly supports single-disease chronic diseasemanagement,andthedataofeachdiseaseareisolatedfromeachother.Thispaperdiscusses theconstructionofchronic diseaseintellgentfollow-upsystem formulti-diseasemanagementfollowingthetop-leveldesignconcept.Basedonmulti-modal datafusiondyamicfor,KnowledgeGaphandAvoicefollwupechnologythesstemintegratesjointaalysisofge, text and biochemical indicatordata.The systemrealizes the functions of supporting multi-diseasechronic disease management path,diferentialfollow-updatacollectionandintellgnt follo-uprsultanalysis.Thesystmprovides anefcienttoolfor multi-diseasechronicdiseasefolow-upmanagement,breaks throughthelimitationsoftraditionalsinglediseasesingledata mode,iscompatiblewithcomplexhroniciseasecomorbidityscenarios,hasighversatilityandhigheusabilityandetsthe needs of doctors to effectively carry out follow-up intervention and patient self-management.
