Abstract：Inorder toimprove thesafetymanagementleveland work eficiencyofrailwaydispatchingscene，the intelligent analysisandearlywamingsystemofrailwaydispatching video imageis introduced.Thesystemuses video-image processing technologytomonitorandprovideearlywamings forthedispatching environment inreal time.Ithasanumberoffunctions， includingpersonnelsleepingdetection，personelof-dutydetection，crowdchatdetection，playingmobilephonedtection， smokingdetectionand stranger warning.Thesystemadopts theclient-server-imageacquisitionarchitecturemode，colects imagesthroughthecameraanduploadsthemtotheserverforprocessingandanalysis，andthendisplaystheprocesingresults andearlywaingifomationthoughtheliet.Itsdvantageareintelligenceatepfomanceccuacydslability Theapplicationof thesystemcaneffectivelyreducethedispatcher's misconductsuchassleepingandleaving thepost，ensure thesafetyofthedispatchngsene，improvetheorkefiencyandprovideastronggaranteeforthesafetyandsmoosof railway transportation.
