共生理论视角下职业教育服务乡村振兴的“校政企”协同困境与模式构建

Abstract:【Objective/Meaning】Under the backgroundof thecontinuous promotionofrural revitalizationstrategy from the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper aims toconstruct a“schol-govermment-enterprise”collborative symbiosis model dominatedbyvcatioalclgestoseteuralvitalzation,iodertoprovidetetoreticalfereeandpractalpathfor optimizing thetripartitecooperation.【Methods/Procedures】Bytaking the symbiosis theoryas theanalytical framework,the “school-govermment-enterprise”colaboration wasregardedasasymbioticsystem,andthen fromthedimensionsofsymbiotic unit,symbioticmode,smbioticevionmentandsymbioticnteface,thepracticaldiultiesfacedbytheoordinatioof“soolgovemment-enterprise”intheserviceofvocational education for theruralrevitalization were systematicall analyzed.Onthis basis,thecollaboiesbisodeledyocaioallgsasosctedandesodinggardmssere putforward.【Results/Conclusions】Theresearchbelieved tatthere were someproblems inthecurrntcollborativeprocess,such as theimbalanceofthe mainrole,theloosecooperation,thelackofinstitutional incentivesandthepoorinterface.Therefore,by redefinig therolesofsymbioticunits,optimizing thesymbiotic patems,nhancingthesymbiotic environment,andstrengthening thesymbioticinterfaces,the“schol-govemment-enterprise”collborationcould betransformedfromaformalassociationto substantiveintegration.Thistransformationfosteredasustainablesymbioticdevelopmentframework,therebyprovidingthestable talent support and endogenous momentum for the rural revitalization.
