福建省粮食生产潜力挖掘的现实困境及提升路径

Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Foodsecurityisthestrategiccormerstoneofnationaldevelopmentandalsoatoppriorityforthe country.Foodsecurityservesasthstrategiccoerstoeofnatioaldevelopmentandalsoconstitutesatop-tiernatioalprityBy exploringthepracticalpredicamentsconfrontinggrainproductioninFujian，andproposingtargetedupgradingpathsand countermeasures，this paper is intended toprovide decision-makingreferences forFujiantosteadilyimprove ts grain production capacity and construct a sound regional food security guarante system.【Methods/Procedures】Based on theholistic perspective andcombinedwiththemicrodataofgrainproduction，thedevelopmentandchangesofgrainproductioninFujianProvincewere systematicallsortedout，anditsadvantagesanddisadvantageswereanalyzed.Then，thecoutermeasuresandsuggestions for tapping thepotentialof graindevelopmentandimproving thecapacityof grainsecuritywereputforward.【Results/Conclusions】 Theresultsshowedthat theoverallgrainproductioninFujianProvicehasmaintainedasteadyprogesstrend，but therewere til prominent problemssuchassevereconstraintsofcultivatedlandresourcessmallscaleofproductionandoperation，insufcient investment insienceadteclogyandlowomparativeeneitsofain.Finallteorrspondngoutermeasureswereput forwardfromtheaspectsof optimizingthepolicysupport system，production andoperationsystem，scientificandtechological support system， and strengthening the protection of cultivated land.
