Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Theanalysisonthelevel，influencingfactorsandchanging trendof intra-industrytradeof agriculturalproductsbetweenbothsidesoftheTaiwan Strait from2014to2O23canprovidereferenceforpromoting the developmentofagricultural products trade between both sidesof theTaiwan Strait.【Methods/Procedures】TheG-Lindexand MIITindex wereusedtomeasurethelevelofintra-industrytrade，andtheinfluencingfactorsofintra-industrytradebetweboth sidesof the Taiwan Strait were comparedand analyzed basedonthe multiple regression gravity model.【Results/Conclusions】 The G-Lindex showed thattheagricultural trade betwenbothsidesoftheTaiwan Straithasshownthetendencyofchanging from intra-industrytradetointeridustrytrade，andVietammaintainedaighevelofintra-industrytadeinagiculturalproductsith bothsidesoftheTaiwanStrait.TheMITindexshowedthathetradeincrementbetweenbothsidesoftheTaiwanStraitwas mainly drivenbythe inter-industrialtrade.TeindexofMITbetween theChinese mainlandand Vietnam，betweenChina’sTaiwanregion andSouth Korea，andbetwee China'sTiwanregionandThailand werehigh.Thediferenceinmarketopennessandgeographical distancehadasgnificantiioryeffectotecro-straititra-idusalrade.Teompetitivenssofagriclturalprductstrade hadapositiveefectontheintra-industrialtradeofChinese mainland whereasitsimpactwasnegativeforTaiwan.Itwassuggested tofurtherpromotethe developmentof thecros-straitagricultural products tradebydepening theregionalcooperation， coordinating the market opening policies，improving the product differentiationand reducing the logistics costs.
