管理创新要素协同赋能制造业企业新质生产力发展的路径研究

Abstract: This paper uses bibliometric research methodsand employs the CiteSpace tool for keyword clustering to analyze and identify six core management innovation elements(i.e,enterprise dynamic capabilities,R&D organizational structure,organizational strategic transformation, enterprise innovation culture,organizational institutional innovation,and executive cognitive ability) that affect the developmentof new quality productive forces in manufacturing enterprises.Furthermore,by integrating configuration theory,a management innovation element configuration model is constructed. Using the dynamic QCA method with a sample of 92 listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2023,it reveals that the development of ideal new quality productive forces can be achieved through three configuration paths: executive-led dynamic capability-institution synergy,dynamic capability-institutional innovation co-dominance,and R&D organizational structure-driven. None of these three configuration paths exhibits significant temporal or individual efects but is influenced by resource endowment conditions and external risks.The results indicate that individual management innovation elements have limited explanatory power for the development of new quality productive forces in manufacturing enterprises, necesitating the synergistic development of multidimensional management innovation elements.This finding provides a scientific basis for manufacturing enterprises to optimize the allocation of management innovation elements while offring theoretical guidance for the government in formulating manufacturing innovation policies.
