Research on winding cumulative effect and short-circuit resistance of transformer under multiple short-circuit impacts

Abstract:In order to investigate the accumulation and short-circuit withstand capability of transformer windings subjected to multiple short circuit impact,a distribution transformer of model S11-M-500/35 was taken as the research object. Firstly,a simulation model under a single short-circuit impulse was established,and its electromagnetic-mechanical analysis was simulated.Secondly,a vibration signal data acquisition system platform under multiple short-circuit shocks was built to obtain the vibration signal spectrum. Then,a multiple short-circuit impact model was established and compared with experimental data to verify the model’s accuracy. Finally,the winding structure was optimized by configuring different numbers of spacers,and its short-circuit resistance was improved. In conclusion:under a single shortcircuit impact,the middle part is the weak area for stress and deformation. Underthe condition of multiple short-circuit impact experiments,the amplitude at 100Hz reaches 4.41m/s2 ,and the vibration response is significantly enhanced. The cumulative maximum deformation at the middle part of the winding is 2.384mm ,and the maximum stress value is 87.152MPa . This method provides technical support for further research on the cumulative efect and short-circuit withstand capability of transformer windings under multiple short-circuit impulses.

随着中国的发展,电力的重要性也越来越突出,其中变压器在电网运行中的重要性也逐渐突出[1-2],对变压器而言,短路故障是一种常见的故障现象,单次短路故障并不会使变压器发生直接损坏,然而当变压器受到多次短路故障时,会在发生短路故障的变压器的基础上继续产生影响,致使绕组和支撑结构发生变化,最终导致故障和损坏的发生[3-5] 。(剩余13289字)
