Abstract:Atemperature chamber isdesigned for heating powder sufaceand keping theprinting environmenttemperature constant.Basedontheoriginal modelofthequipment,aclosed temperaturechamberwasdesignedtosolvetheproblemssuchas powderpreheating,temperaturefelduniformityduringprintingandopticalfocallengthof7Omm.Ittakes theformofsheemetaland heatinsulationplatetoseal theprintingenvironmentandusesheatinglamptoradiateheattransfertothepowder.Themechanical propertiesof tensilepartsaremeasuredwithor withouttemperaturechamber.Theresultsshowthattheperformancestrengthof the tensilepartsreaches1.58MPawithouttemperaturechamber,andthewarpingproblemisserious.Undertheactionof thetemperature chamber,theperformanceof thetensilepartimprovesto3.798MPa,withsignificantlyenhancedmechanical properties,ensured ambient temperature uniformity during the printing process,and efectively reduced warping.
