AbstractObectieToinvestigateteeetofdieretpretreatmentmethodsoatbranwater-solublearaboxylaezatctrac tion.MethodWheatbranwaspretreatedusingfourmethods:odinarycrushing,ulrafinecrushing,xtrusionordinarycrushing,andextru sionultrafnengeeatnwateolubleabioylanactioateoosadeompsfraedsectrooy difractiondalablievesiadsulactotoperatesela grinding 0.56% ,ultrafine grinding 0.63% ,extrusion ordinary grinding 0.81% ,extrusion ultrafine grinding 0.94% .The extraction rate of extrusion ultrafine grinding pretreatment increased by 67.86% , 49.21% ,and 16.05% compared with ordinary crushing,ultrafine crushing, andextrusiondinaryushng,espeivelyreregcantctaogdientpretreamentmethosotctualac teristicsofwatersubleboynocsioetrioulafiegdgpretreatemosatedfvoablefctoatbn water-soluble arabinoxylan enzymatic extraction.
