AbstractBasedonthehole-genomedataofamaranth,tisstudydentifed21membersoftheHfnefamilyhicharedistributedon4 chromosomes.The number of amino acid residues ranges from 256 to 535,the molecular weight ranges from 29.71 to 59.73kD ,and the pl rangesfrom4.69to9..Treare19acidicroteins,2bsicproteinsdroilicdustableproteis,dhdropilcndsable tein,alloficheatedieules.Tmebesofthtrfeflyavelivlyonsedsuce.erooteio havealargenumberofviromentalandoonesponselementsndereisbiouscolinearitymongthmbesHigpature transcriptoeatasotatotofteAtrfgenseiducedbyightemperatueadeibitdiferentexpessonpts.Teulsf qRT-PCRarebasicallonsistentwithtoseofthetranseriptome.Thissudylaysafoundationforteanalysisoftheegulatoryechanismof Hsfgenesinanthdrgmpaturersndprodspoantesodtreticalsisforatioat erant germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties.
