糖料副产物的加工利用研究进展

摘要 糖渣、糖蜜、滤泥是糖厂典型的三大副产物，也是糖厂综合利用和新产品开发的主要对象。基于糖厂副产物和废弃物的组成及其理化特性，综述了近年来国内外甘蔗及甜菜副产物利用的最新研究成果，为我国制糖企业开展副产物综合利用及农业废弃物资源化利用的新途径提供参考。

Research Progress on Processing and Utilization of Sugar By Products

Abstract Sugar residue， molasses and filter mud are the three typical by-products of sugar mills， and they are also the main objects of comprehensive utilization and new product development in sugar mills. Based on the composition and physicochemical properties of by-products and waste in sugar mills， this paper reviewed the latest research results on by-products utilization of sugarcane and beet at home and abroad in recent years， and provided references for the comprehensive utilization of by-products and the new ways of agricultural waste utilization in Chinese sugar enterprises.
