不同产地隔山消品质评价

摘要以江苏滨海、安徽大别山、湖北黄冈、贵州黔东南、四川西昌5个产地的隔山消为研究对象，对其营养成分及有害成分进行分析比较，采用SPSS 25.0统计分析软件对5个产地的隔山消36种指标成分进行主成分分析并进行综合评价。结果表明，5个产地中以四川西昌产隔山消品质最优。

Quality Evaluation of Cynanchum auriculatum from Different Places of Origin

AbstractThis study focused on analyzing and comparing the nutritional and harmful components of Cynanchum auriculatum from five different places of origin， including Binhai in Jiangsu， Dabie Mountain in Anhui， Huanggang in Hubei， Qiandongnan in Guizhou and Xichang in Sichuan.SPSS 25.0 was used to perform principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the 36 indicator components of Cynanchum auriculatum from these five places of origin. The result showed that the Cynanchum auriculatum produced in Xichang of Sichuan had the best quality among the five places of origin.
