乡村振兴背景下智慧乡村旅游人才培养路径研究

摘要 乡村振兴背景下，培养智慧乡村旅游人才具有现实而长远的意义。智慧乡村旅游人才是典型的复合型人才，应具备情感素养、管理素养、技术素养、创新素养等多维度素养。为此，要抢抓乡村振兴战略机遇，加大智慧乡村旅游人才的培养，为乡村旅游高质量发展转换动能。

Research on the Training Path of Smart Rural Tourism Talents Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract In the context of rural revitalization， cultivating intelligent rural tourism talents had practical and long-term significance. Smart rural tourism talents were typical compound talents， and should have multidimensional qualities such as emotional literacy， management literacy， technical literacy， and innovation literacy. Therefore， it was necessary to seize the strategic opportunity of rural revitalization， increase the training of intelligent rural tourism talents， and transform momentum for high-quality development of rural tourism.
