中越壮族和岱族传统节日的稻作文化研究

摘要：中国的壮族和越南的岱族都拥有悠久的稻作文化历史。节日是民族文化的载体，该文从节日食俗和祭俗两方面出发，分析了食俗中的稻作文化象征及特色祭品，阐述了祭俗中的春耕、丰收、祈雨、祭魂、蓄牛魂等稻作仪式，丰富了中国、越南两国跨境民族的节日文化研究内容，对深化中越文化交流具有积极意义。

Study on Rice Culture of Traditional Festivals of Zhuang and Dai Nationalities in China and Vietnam

Abstract： Both the Zhuang nationality in China and the Dai nationality in Vietnam have a long history of rice culture. Festivals are the carrier of national culture. Starting from the two aspects of festival food customs and sacrificial customs， the article analyzes the rice culture symbols and characteristic sacrifices in the food customs， expounds the rice farming rituals in the sacrificial customs， such as spring plowing， harvest， rain praying， soul sacrifice， and ox soul storage， which enriches the research content of the festival culture of the cross-border ethnic groups in China and Vietnam， and has positive significance for deepening and cultural exchanges between China and Vietnam.
