Visual Analysis on Manipulation Under Anesthesia for Frozen Shoulder Based on CiteSpace

Abstract:Objective:To visually analyze the study hotspots and study trends of manipulation under anesthesia(MUA)in the treatment offrozen shoulder(FS)using CiteSpace software,and to explore the possible developmentdirection in the future.Methods:Therelevant literatureon the treatmentofFSby MUA in the databaseof China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January1,1993,to December31,2023,was searched and imported into CiteSpace software.The total articles in the publication list eachyear,authors,institutions,and keywords were given visual analysis.Results:A totalof336articles were screenedand included inthe study.The total articlesin the publication list each year went through three stages:rising,fluctuating,and gradually decreasing.The analysis onauthor collaboration showed that the research teams represented by REN Hongyan,LIU Rulan and CHENG Shaodan published more articles,butlack ofcooperation between teams.Institutional analysis showed that universities and their affiliated hospitalswere the main research forcesand lacked cross-regional cooperation.Keywordanalysis showed thattheresearch hotspots focusedon brachial plexus anesthesia,manipulation release,methods and drugs of anesthesia,comprehensive treatment and postoperative rehabilitation.Ultrasound examination may become aresearch hotspot in the future.Conclusion:MUA hasa great curative effective onFS.At present,MUA has not yet formeda strictandunifiedoperating standard forFS,and complications mayoccur.The pathogenesisofFSand the mechanismof MUA are still unclear.Future research should payatention to the basic studyon FS and thesafety and mechanism of MUA.

冻结肩(FS)也称为粘连性关节囊炎,其特点是关节囊纤维化,由产生I型和Ⅲ型胶原的成纤维细胞转化为肌成纤维细胞,并伴有炎症、新生血管生成和新神经支配,导致关节囊挛缩,以肩关节周围广泛疼痛和主动及被动运动受限为主要临床表现。(剩余10831字)
