Abstract:NIR phosphor-converted LEDs (pc-LEDs),as a new type of portable near-infrared light source,are widelyused in fieldssuch asnight vision,plant growth,and medical diagnostics.Their performance largelydepends on thecharacteristicsof thedevelopednear-infrared phosphors.However,currntlyreported near-infrared phosphors generallyfacechallengesofnarrowbandwidthandinsufficientthermalstability,whichsignificantlylimitstheperformanceimprovementof NIRpc-LEDsand theirbroaderpracticalapplication.Toaddress theurgentneed forhigh thermal stabilityandbroad emisson bandwidth inhigh-performance near-infrared lightsources,this studydesigned and synthesized a novel BaGa2Si2O near-infrared phosphor based on Cr3+ C χ+3+ ion pairs. This phosphor can be effectively excitedby450nmbluelight,producingabroadbandnear-infrared emisson(65O-1OO0 nm)withafull width athalf maximum(FWHM)of134nm.Itexhibits excellntthermalstability,retaining83.67%of itsinitialluminescence intensity evenat a high temperature of 423K ,outperforming most similar materials.The fabricated NIR pcLED device basedonthis phosphordemonstrates potentialfor applications innightvision and bioimaging,confirming thesignificant potentialoffeldspar-type structure materialsindeveloping high-performance near-infrared phosphors.

近红外(NIR)光是电磁波的重要组成部分,具有不可见、散射损失小、穿透能力强、与有机官能团特异性相互作用等特性,因此近红外光源在安防监控、食品安全、农业、夜视和医疗等领域得到了广泛应用2。(剩余17471字)
