Tracing the Origins of Chen Xinghua's “Lingnan Mind-Regulating and Fertility-Promoting Acupuncture Technique"

Abstract：Professor Chen Xinghua established the“Lingnan Mind-Regulating and Fertility-Promoting Acupuncture Technique”，which is grounded in the Lingnan Luo’s School of Gynecology theory of the“kidneytiangui （reproduction-stimulating essence） - chong and ren （thoroughfare and conception meridians）-uterus axis" and incorporates the mind-regulating needling methods of Jin's Three Needles.The syndrome differentiation posits that female infertilityoften results from disharmony of qi and blood in the chong and ren meridians，deficiency of the spleenand kidney，coupled with emotional stagnation.The treatment principle involves regulating the mind （brain spirit），tonifying the spleen and kidney，soothing liver stagnation，and dispelling damp-heat，with a primary focus on calming the spirit， stabilizing the will，and harmonizing qi and blood. Clinical practice has confirmed its significant therapeutic efcts，establishing itas a safeand effctive treatment for infertility in the Lingnan region.

不孕症是由多种病因所导致的，其中，缺乏明确病因的不孕症可表现为女性卵巢功能、输卵管、子宫、子宫颈和骨盆明显正常，以及男性睾丸功能正常、生殖-泌尿解剖、射精正常，一年以上未采取任何避孕措施，性生活正常而没有成功妊娠1。（剩余7683字）
