浙江省水稻种质资源的遗传相似度分析

Abstract: The history of rice cultivation in Zhejiang province is long-standing,accompanied by abundant rice germplasm resources.At present,there are more than 200O rice germplasm resources colected from Zhejiang province in the National Rice Germplasm Resources Intermediate Bank (Hangzhou). However,due to the lack of systematic clasification using molecular markers,duplicated resources might appear in the collction. Here,a genome-wide variation analysis by resequencing 197O rice germplasm accesions from Zhejiang province was conducted.A set of l0532 core SNP markers were qualified for genetic similarity calculation through SNP filtering based on sequencing depth,linkage disequilibrium,and missing rate.The genetic similarity within each of 13 groups of main homonymous rice resources was less than 0.95.These resources in each group exhibited large phenotypic variations,confirming that they represent distinct genetic resources.Aditionally,pairwise genetic similarity analysis of 1970 rice resources identified11 groups of rice resources with high genetic similarity. Based on their phenotypic characteristics,these accessions were identified showing higher similarity on phenotype and field performance,certainly confirming the effectivenessof the genetic similarity approach in classifying rice resources.This study revealed the current conservation status of rice germplasm resources in Zhejang province. Importantly,,these germplasm accessions with the same name are not necessarily duplicates,while those with diffrent names may in fact become identical.These findings provide an important scientific foundation for theconservationand utilization ofrice germplasm resources in Zhejiang province.
