The Operational Logic，Transmission Obstacles and Practice Methods of“ShenFa" in Martial Arts

Abstract：Wushu“Shenfa”asatacit technologyof“bodily expresion ofactivity”，according to Polanyi's logicof“expert skills”，this kindof technologyisdynamic.Becausesuch technologiesarehighlydependentonbodilyperceptionandrealtimesituations，tisoftendifcultforustoexpressallthedetails，overallappearanceandpracticalsignificanceclearly. Usingthemethodsof literatureand expertinterviews，thispapermakesarational interpretationof theoperation logic， transmission obstacles and practice path of Wushu“Shenfa”.Theresearch pointsoutthat the Wushu“Shenfa”in tacit cognitiontheoryhas theoperation logicofdynamiccoherence，overallapperception，imagerationalityandphysical complexity.Thetacitnatureof Wushu“Shenfa”limits theefectivenessofspeech，reduces thestabilityof structure，hinders thetransmissonof sharing，andrestricts the practiceof martial arts.Theacquisitionof Wushu“Shenfa”is adynamicand repeated integrationprocessforpractitioners.Intechicalteaching，itisecessrytoguidethepresetatiomodeoftacitand explicitbodyknowledge，consolidatetheformofpracticaleflection，realizetheintentionalpathof technologyinheritanceof residentialcognition，andformanadaptive trainingpracticemodeofembodiedcognition.Itisexpectedtobringsome theoreticalandpractical inspirationtotheinterpretationofthebodyandtechnicalsecretsinherentinChineseWushu.
