Research on the Innovation Paths of China's Sports Governance Mechanism Driven by Goal Management Reform

Abstract：Underthebackgroundof buildingasportspower，howtopromote theinnovationofChina’ssportsgovernance mechanism byrelyingonthereformof target managementisnotonlyanurgentissuetobesolvedatthepractical level，but alsoaproblemworthyof in-depth discussion intheoretical research.Atpresent，although China’ssportsgovemancehas achievedatransformationfromtraditionaladministrativemanagementtomulti-partyco-governance，therearestillpractical predicamentssuchasarough institutional framework，ineffcientresourceallocation，ambiguityofauthorityboundariesand thelack ofcoordinationamongentities.A thoroughanalysisofthecompatibilitybetweenthegoal managementofa strong countryandthesports governance mechanism，aswellasthediscoveryofitsinovativevalue，revealsthat themulti-subject participation mechanismunder the integrationofthePartyand govemment，the dynamic performance evaluation mechanism， theintegrated mechanismofmulti-goalmanagementof“culture，sports，tourism，businessand elderlycare”，andthedigital andintellgentrealization mechanismdrivenbygoalmanagementshouldbecome thereformdirectionsforthetransformationof sportsgovernancefrom extensivetorefinedandeficientimprovement.Itisalsoaninevitablechoiceforinnovatingthesports governance mechanism under the goal of building a sports power.
