Research on the Application of WorldSim and LogSim in the Developmentof AEBDecision and Control Software

【Abstract]To address the problems of long softwaredevelopment cycles and diffcultyof reproducing extreme scenarios (corner cases) in the current Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB)system,this paper propoeses a solution that deeply integrates simulation testing technology intothe AEB system development process.During thedevelopmentofAEBdecision andcontrolsoftware foraspecific mass-producedvehicle model,thispaperproposes theintroductionof WorldSimandLogSim simulationtesting methodsatdiferentstagesandelaboratesonthespecificappicationsofthesemethods through severalactual cases.Theresults show thatthecombined utilizationof WorldSimand LogSiminthedevelopment processofAEBdecisionand control softwareenhances the iteration eficiencyof software development,guarantees thereproductionandoptimizationof corner case problems,and facilitates the smooth mass production and release of the vehicle’s AEB system.
