【Abstract】To addressthe issues of long-range dependence (where current data relies on historical degradation data) andsignificantjumpcharacteristicsduringthenonlineardegradationprocessoflithium-ionbaterycapacity,afractional Poisson process ( fPp )differential prediction modelis proposed.The Hurst exponentisutilized to verifythat the model exhibits jumpandlong-range dependence properties,while themaximum likelihood methodisadopted for model parameter identification,resolvingtheproblemsofrandomjumpsandlong-rangedependenceinlifetime prediction.Finally,theostant curent-constantvoltage(CC-CV)datasetof lithium-ionbatterydegradationprocessesfromtheNationalAeronauticsand SpaceAdministration (NASA)isemployedasacasestudytodemonstratetheadvantagesofthefPpdiferential prediction model.
