【Abstract】Aiming atthe dificult problemof trajectorypredictionand conflict detectioncausedbyintensive vehiclelane changingin interweavingareasof highways,aSequence-to-Sequence (Seq2Seq)trajectoryprediction model incorporating the attentionmechanismisproposed.Thelocalspatial featuresofvehiclesareextractedbyconvolutionalneuralnetwork,the temporal sequencedependencyis handled bylongandshort-term memorynetwork,and thekeyspatio-temporalinteraction informationisdynamicallycapturedbytheattention mechanism.Basedon the NGSIMdataset,theexperimentalresultsshow that: comparing with theclasical frontiertrajectory prediction model,the maximum reductionofroot mean square error, averageabsoluteerrorandaveragerelativeerroronthehorizontalandverticalcoordinatesofthepredictedtrajectoryof the present model can be up to 97.4%, 97.9%, 99.5% and 77.4% 91.5% ,99.5%,respectively;the improved oriented bounding box algorithmforconflictdetectionoptimizes thedetectionprocess throughtheatentionmechanism,anditsexecutioeficiencyis improvedby6O.2%,whichprovides technicalsupportforthesafetydecision-makingof intellgentvehiclesincomplex scenarios.
