【Abtract】ObjectiveTo invetigate the application value Remimazolam combined with Naborphine in laparocopic cholecytectomy（LC）.MethodA1：1 cae matching deign wa ued to creen patient who underwent LC inour hopital from February2O22 to February2024．A total 58 matching pairwere obtained （58in the control groupand 58in the obervationgroup）.The level hemodynamic indexe （heart rate，mean arterial preure）ateach time point [before operation （TO），3minuteafteranetheia induction （T1），immediately afterintubation （T2），immediately after extubation （T3）]，anetheia recovery indexe （recovery，extubationand anetheia obervation room tay time），the core mini mental tate examination （MMSE）at TO，24 hourafter operation，trereponeindexe [cortiol （Cor），Adrenocortical hormone （ACTH）] andthe incidence advere reaction were compared between the two group.ReultThe fluctuation heart rate and mean arterial preureat TO-T3 in the obervation group were maller than thoe in the control group （P 0.05）.Concluion The anetheia effect remimazolam combined with naborphine in LC i exact，which can effectively reduce the hemodynamic fluctuation，tre repone，cognitive impairment，improve the quality anetheia recovery，and enure the afety.
