AbstractObjective：Texploretheeficacyof XingnaoTongshuanPilsitreatingpatientswithischemic strokeofmidlemetabismf CYP2C19geneintherecoveryperiodanditsimpactoncoagulationfunctoMetods：Ninetyfourpatientswitischemictrokeofmiddle metabolismofCYP219geneintherecoveryperiod（withphlegm-stasisblockingthemeridianssyndrome）weredividedintothecontrol groupandtheobservationgroupacordingtotherandomnumbertablemethodwith47casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceived aspirinandclodogreloservationgroupwasgiventeXingnaoongsuanPilsiaditiotottreatmentofteontrolgroupe treatmentlastedforatotalof2eks.TeChiesemedicinesdromescoresterapeuticficacyofsndromeneurologicalfuction [NationalInstiutesofHealtroealeNse]llinbitymidtelidex）ntiplateetiatoel agregationratedenosinediposphate（AinbtionateoodclotsiA）moreologicalidicator（wolebloodr viscosityholeloarsityasosityndauatiodicatosactiatedrtalombopsti prothrombintime（PDdimerD-D）levelbeforeandaftertreatmentinthetgroupsResults：etotaefectiverateofCsdome inthe observation group was higher than that in the control group 95.74% VS 78.72% 5 P<0.05 ）.Aftertreatment，thescoresofTCM syndromes，NsreDducedplateletagregatioate，oleboodgarvscosiyoleboodlowarity plasmaviscosityandD-DlevelinothgroupsdecreasedhilehemodifiedBarthelindexAP，andADinbiioate increased（ P<0.05） Moreover，theimprovementinthese indicators intheobservationgroupwas significantly beterthanthatinthecontrol group P<0.05' Conclusion：Xingnao Tongshuan Pilsnotonlycaneffectivelyaleviate thephlegm-blood stasisobstruction syndromein patientswithisheictrokeofiddlemetabolisofC19geneinteoveryperiodandiibitplateletaggegationiucedby ADPinterveneintidetositeodeealteura the therapeutic effect is very reliable.
