AbstractObjective：ToexploreProfessorYuanJinsheng'smedicationpatesfortreatinghypertensionandthemechanismof hecore formulathroughthetraditional Chinesemedicineinheritancecomputingplatfom.Methods：TheprescriptionsofYuanJinshengforthe treatmentofhypertensionwerecolectedandanalyzedthroughthetraditionalChinesemedicineinheritancecomputingplatform.The actionof thecoreprescriptionsforthetreatmentof hypertensionwasexploredusingnetworkpharmacologyresearchmethodsand mutipledatabases.Tekeyomponentsandtargetproteinswerereversevalidatedwiththeelpofmoleculardockingsoftareesults：A totalof623prescrptions，uding253CineserbalmedicineswereinedThereere16ighractiveingredients，3potetial targetsnd6osstagetsintesixrbaldicinoftoreprescritios.emolecuardokingsultssggestedatthekey componentsshowedbeterdockingactivitywiththetargetproteinsamongwhichmatrixmetaloproteinase9（MMP9）showedthebest bindingenergywithbaicalin（Baicaln）.Conclusion：Yuan Jinshengtreatedhypertensionbytaking"FireofDragonandThunder"asthe startigpointandombiing"TreeJiaoDalectic"，ittereatmentprincipleofpaifingtefifdragonandtunderandtoifite liverandkidneyThecorefoulaforthepreventionandtreatmentofhypertensiontroughmutplecompoents，mutipletargetsand multiple pathways，providinga theoretical basis forclinical use.
