AbstractObjective：ToreviewtheeficacyandsafetyofErxianDecoctioncombinedwithconventionalwestemmedicineinthetreatment of perimenopausalhypertension，andevaluatetheevidencequalityoftheresearchindicatorsbasedontheGRADEsystemMethods： PubMed，bcteiodesureede Database（CPD），ineseScienticandTechologicalPeriodicalDatabase（CD）ndotherCineseandEngishdtabasewere searched，tocolectpubisderiandcoctionRCTstudiesrelatedtreatmentofprimenopausalpertensionTesarchtiewasfro theestablishmentofthedatabasetoDecember2021.StatiticalanalysiswasconductedusingRevMan5.3andStata16.0software. Resuts：Atotalof14RCTstudieswereinded，voling1862primenpausalpatientswithypertensi.Teesultsofeeta analysisshowedtatthemodifiederiandecoctiocombinedwithconventioalantiypertensiveWestedrugsshowedbetereficacyin lowering blood pressure（RR = 1.13， 95%C1 1.06-1.21， P=0.000 4），E2 levels（SMD scriptstyle1=2.68 95%C1 1.71-3.64， P<0.000 01），improvement of menopausal symptoms（ RR=1.35 95%C1 1.20-1.53， P<0.000 01 ），and Kupperman score（MD L= -3.42， 95%C1 —4.16-—2.68， P<0.000 01 ） compared thatof the control group.The incidenceof adversereactions was lower than thatof thecontrol group（ RR=0.19 95%C10.07⋅ 1 0.53， P=0.002 ）.Conclusion：Curentevidence indicates thatcomparedwiththeconventionalantihypertensivedrug group，thecombination ofErxianDecoctionandconventionalantiypertensivedrugsinthetreatmentofperimenopausalhypertensionshowedadvantagesin improvingatesiecyesopacodigdc reactions with better safety.
