杨运高，祖籍广东信宜，1979年生于广西象州，毕业于中央美术学院中国画学院。现为中国艺术研究院写意画院导师，南京书画院专职画家，中国美术家协会会员，中国收藏家协会会员，中国民主同盟盟员，江苏省中国画学会理事，山西中国画学会常务理事，民盟中央美术院南京分院副院长。
