刘翔鹏，教授、博士生导师，清华大学艺术学博士，中国美术家协会会员，第十二届青年联合会委员，山东省美术家协会当代水墨艺委会委员，山东师范大学美术学院中国画系副主任、人物画教研室主任，研究方向为中国画创作与理论、艺术学理论。
