H企业财务风险集中管理模式研究

【摘  要】财务风险伴随企业发展全过程，尤其是受2020年新冠肺炎疫情的影響，企业经营遇到巨大困境，使得企业财务风险日益增加。论文结合工作实践，以H企业为例，首先分析构建财务风险集中管控模式的原因，然后深入剖析构建财务风险集中管控模式的策略，最后总结H企业实施财务风险集中管理模式的成效。

【Abstract】Financial risks accompany the whole process of enterprise development. In particular， affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020， enterprises encounter great difficulties in operation， which makes the financial risks of enterprises increasingly increase. Based on work practice and taking H Enterprise as an example， this paper firstly analyzes the reasons for building the mode of centralized financial risk management and control， then deeply analyzes the strategy of building the mode of centralized financial risk management， and finally summarizes the effect of H Enterprise's implementation of the mode of centralized financial risk management.
