市售猪肉及猪副产品中全氟化合物污染情况分析及健康风险评估

Abstract: Objective:Toanalyze thecontaminationstatusof perfluorinatedcompounds (PFCs)inporkanditsby-products on the marketandtoassess thehealthriskassociated withconsumptionof them.Methods:Atotalof25PFCsin85samplesof 7 kinds were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry to explore their pollution characteristics and assesstheir potential healthrisksbasedonhazardratio(HR).Results:PFCs were widelydetected inporkanditsby-products on the market at concentrations of 1.18%-55.29% .Perfluorobutyric acid,perfluorononanoic acid,and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid(PFOS)were the main pollutants.The main pollutant inpig liverwasPFOS,andits totalPFCcontent was the highest (43.14μg/kg) ).Conclusion: A total of 13 PFCs were detected at low levels in the85 samples.The health risk assessment showed that they would not cause harm to the health of adults and children.
