轨道车辆用聚氨酯胶综合环保性能研究

摘要：以轨道车辆常用的4种聚氨酯胶粘剂为研究对象，考察了总挥发性有机物（TVOC）和气味活度总值（SOAV）随释放时间的变化规律。依据产品特点和研究成果，提出了低VOC、低气味和高释放率的聚氨酯胶综合环保性能评估方法。在4种聚氨酯胶粘剂中，胶粘剂A的综合环保性能最优。

Abstract：Takingfourtypesofpolyurethaneadhesivescommonlyusedinrailwayvehicleastheresearchobject，thechangesofTotalVolatileOrganicCompounds（TVOC）andSumoftheOdorActivityValue（SOAV）withreleasetimewereinvestigated.Accordingtotheproductcharacteristicsandresearchresults，acomprehensiveenvironmentalprotectionperformanceevaluationmethodofpolyurethaneadhesivewithlowVOC，lowodorandhighreleaserateisproposed.Amongthefourpolyurethaneadhesives，adhesiveAhasthebestcomprehensiveenvironmentalprotectionperformance.Thismethodhasgoodpracticalguidingsignificance.
