生物降解材料的制备和抗菌性能研究

摘 要:为解决生物降解材料使用过程中容易被腐蚀、使用寿命短等问题,研究以生物降解基Zntrs复合材料为例,通过抗菌剂的添加,与高分子材料聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)熔融共混加工,制备了生物可降解材料,实践证实其能够对大肠杆菌产生良好的抑制,抗菌作用强,拥有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of easy corrosion and short service life of biodegradable materials during use,the study took biodegradable Zntrs composite materials as an example through the addition of antibacterial agents,melt blending with polymer materials PLA and PBS to prepare biodegradable materials.Practice has proved that it can produce good inhibition to E.coli,has strong antibacterial effect,and has broad development prospects.

生物降解聚酯在食品包装、医疗器械及生活用品等多个领域有着广泛应用,其具有较好的生物相容性与降解性,未来将可能替代聚烯烃成为绿色环保材料。(剩余4986字)
