PreparationofModified Cellulose Filter Paper and Its Application for the Recovery of Synthetic Cathinone Analytesin Water

Abstract:Atwosteppreparationmethodwasadoptedtohemicallyodifycelloseflterpaper.(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilaneand sodium4-vinybenzenesulfonatereusdasodirs.Techemicallymodiedcelloefilerpaper(MCF)wassuccessullypepard throughsilanizatioandthi-eneclickreaction.TheCMCFPwasusedtoetractandrecoversixsntheticcathioneanaltesinaqeouso lution by taking advantage of its hydrophobic interaction, π-π interaction,and electrostatic interaction.After extraction,the used CMCFP wastreatedwithdiferentelutionsolventsandteeluateserdetectedandnalyedusinggperformanceliqudomatogapoupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The results showed that at an environmental pH value of 6.O,the CMCFP achieved optimal recoveryefficiency for the six synthetic cathinone analytes,with recovery rates ranging between 71.5% and 107.7%.The most effective elution solvent was found to be ammonia/methanol solution with fraction volumique of 3% .Furthermore,the CMCFP maintained high recovery performance even after five consecutive uses.
