Abstract:Inthisstudy,celloseforate(CF)waspreparedbythereactionofcellosewithformicacid,andanovelCFthreadwapro duced by wet spinning using the formic acid solution of CF.When the reaction temperature was 50°C and the reaction time was 5h ,the formic acid solution of CF was passed through two-stage coagulation baths of 1% NaOH mass ratio and of 5% ZnSO 4 mass ratio,respectively, folowedbywashinganddrying,obtainingtheCFtreadswithuniformmorphology,ighstrength(tensilestrengthof151MPa),ecellent thermal stability (initial thermal decomposition temperature of 252 ∘C ) and water stability (showed no morphological change after being immersediwaterfor3ots)CFtdsdiertesiletrengthansoeepordanocelloseacterialelloendoidd generated cellulose based threads.
