ROCCIPI框架下县域医共体建设的问题识别与分析

[摘要] 目前我国县域医共体建设已取得初步成效，但仍处于初步建设阶段，面临着诸多问题。本文运用ROCCIPI技术从规则、机会、能力、交流、利益、过程和意识7个核心维度识别和分析县域医共体建设过程中存在的问题与不足，并提出合理建议。

Identification and analysis of problems in county medical community construction based on ROCCIPI

[Abstract] At present， the construction of county medical community in China has achieved preliminary results， but it is still in the preliminary construction stage and faces many problems. Used ROCCIPI technology， the author analyzed the problems existing in the construction of county medical community from seven dimensions of rules， opportunity， ability， communication， interest， process and consciousness， and further put forward reasonable suggestions.
