加强外事合作 助力医院发展

[摘要] 文章总结了上海市质子重离子医院开展学术交流与国际合作方面的经验，针对现有外事管理面临的挑战，提出了加强核心设计、优化资源配置、探索多层次管理及开拓技术输出等方面的建议，进一步增进医院与国际顶尖医疗机构交流，促进国际合作在医院发展过程中的重大作用。

[Abstract] This article reviews experience of Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center in international academic cooperation and exchanges.In view of the current challenges faced by foreign affairs management，it puts forward four points： strengthening top-level design， optimizing resource allocation， exploring vertical management， and outputting high-quality technology，to further enhance the exchanges between the hospital and top international medical institutions and promote the important role of international cooperation in the development of the hospital.
