《预防 ICU 成人患者压力性损伤过程质控工具包》护理措施解读

【摘要】《预防 ICU 成人患者压力性损伤过程质控工具包》包括保持皮肤干爽、实施体位管理、正确使用合适的减压工具、预防器械相关性压力性损伤、加强营养支持、交接重点等6项共22条具体措施。从临床实践需求出发，阐述22条具体措施推荐理由和应用注意事项，引导ICU护理人员有效落实压力性损伤预防措施。

AbstractThe "Quality Control Toolkit for Preventing Pressure Injuries in Adult Patients in ICU" includes 6 items of 22 specific measures， including maintaining dry skin， implementing position management， correctly using appropriate decompression tools， preventing device-related pressure injury， strengthening nutritional support， and handover focus. Based on the needs of clinical practice， this paper expounds the reasons for recommending 22 specific measures and the matters needing attention in application， and guides ICU nurses to effectively implement the preventive measures of pressure injury.
