运脾开胃推拿法治疗儿科疾病验案举隅

【摘 要】 小儿推拿历史悠久，具有操作简便，疗效显著等优点，为广大患儿及家长所青睐。脾胃为后天之本、气血生化之源，与小儿的生长发育关系密切，小儿又具有脏腑娇嫩、脾常不足的生理特点，因此小儿易于从脾胃发病。文章介绍应用运脾开胃法治疗小儿呕吐、腹痛、伤食等儿科疾病的临床体会，以飨同道。

The Cases of Pediatrics Disease Treated by Yunpi Kaiwei Massage

Abstract：Pediatric massage has a long history， with the advantages of simple operation， significant curative effect， and the majority of children and parents. The spleen and stomach are the origin of the acquired， the source of qi and blood biochemistry， and is closely related to the growth and development of children， children have the physiological characteristics of delicate viscera and insufficient spleen， so children are easy to develop from the spleen and stomach.

This paper introduces the clinical experience of using Yunpi Kaiwei massage to treat pediatric diseases such as vomiting， abdominal pain and anorexia for reference.

小儿推拿是以中医理论和相关临床实践为基础，根据小儿生理和病理特点，在小儿体表特定穴位或部位施以手法，调整脏腑、平衡阴阳，以达到防治疾病、助长益智的一种儿科外治疗法［1］。（剩余6249字）
