中药膏药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

【摘 要】 清代医家吴师机提出“外治之理即内治之理，外治之药即内治之药”，为中药膏药外治法奠定了基础。文章就近10年来中药膏药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎相关文献进行梳理总结，并对其用药特点、中医证型及作用机制进行探讨和分析，以期为中药膏药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎的挖掘与应用研究提供依据。

Research Progress on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis by External Application of Chinese Herbal Cream

Abstract：Wu Shiji， a doctor in the Qing Dynasty， proposed that “the reason for external treatment is the reason for internal treatment， and the medicine for external treatment is the medicine for internal treatment.” This paper lays the foundation for the external treatment method of Chinese herbal plasters. This paper summarises the literature related to the external treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Chinese herbal plasters in the past 10 years， and discusses and analyses the characteristics of the medicines used， Chinese medicine types and the mechanism of action， with a view to providing a basis for the research on the excavation and application of the external treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Chinese herbal plasters.

类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种慢性炎性自身免疫性疾病［1］，其基本病理改变是滑膜炎和血管翳，临床上常以多关节对称性肿胀、疼痛、晨僵为首发症状，随着病情加重炎症可侵犯软骨和骨，造成关节软骨、骨和关节囊破坏，最终导致关节畸形和功能丧失，严重危害人类健康。（剩余6232字）
