中医外用药物治疗皮肤慢性溃疡的研究进展

【摘 要】 皮肤慢性溃疡是伤口长期愈合困难所形成的创面。文章回顾了近十年来静脉曲张性溃疡、动脉性溃疡、糖尿病性溃疡、压力性溃疡等其他慢性溃疡的中医外用药物临床运用，分析得出中医外治药物具有分期辨证、直达病所、虚瘀为本、多元治疗等特点，以期为临床相关研究提供诊治思路与方法。

Abstract：Chronic skin ulcers are wounds that form when a wound fails to heal over a long period of time. In this paper， we review the clinical application of Chinese medicine for varicose ulcers， arterial ulcers， diabetic ulcers， pressure ulcers and other chronic ulcers in the past ten years， and analyze and conclude that Chinese medicine has the characteristics of staged identification， direct access to the place of disease， deficiency and stasis as the basis， and multi-dimensional treatment， with a view to providing ideas and methods for diagnosis and treatment for clinical related research.

皮肤慢性溃疡（chronic skin ulcer，CSU）是由于各种原因引起机体正常皮肤或黏膜损伤，皮肤完整性受到破坏，两周以上未痊愈者为慢性溃疡，一月以上无明显愈合倾向者为慢性难愈性溃疡，其具有病程长、难愈合且常伴有其他基础性疾病。（剩余7246字）
