升阳益胃汤临床应用浅析
【摘要】从《脾胃论》入手,运用中医学理论,对升阳益胃汤进行探讨,揭示本方立方宗旨、治疗功效、适应病证的理论依据,以及本方在药物组成、方剂配伍方面的特点。结合临床运用观察,显示本方对因脾胃虚损、清阳不升引起的多种疾病,有显著的疗效和广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the theory of treatise on the spleen and stomach, this study explores the composition of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction, its therapeutic efficacy, and the theory of adapting to disease syndrome. Combined with the observation of clinical cases, it shows that this formula has a significant effect on many diseases caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach and lucid yang failing to rise, and it has a wide application prospect.

升阳益胃汤出自李东垣《脾胃论》,由黄芪、人参、半夏、炙甘草、防风、白芍、羌活、独活、陈皮、茯苓、泽泻、柴胡、白术、黄连、生姜及大枣共16味药组成,具有健脾益气、升阳化湿的功效,用于治疗“肺之脾胃虚”证。(剩余4396字)
