人参皂苷CK对肝脏的药理作用研究概况

【摘要】人参皂苷CK为原人参二醇类人参皂苷，是口服原人参二醇后经肠道菌群的作用所产生的代谢产物，具有诸多药理活性。近年研究发现，人参皂苷CK具有抗肝癌、保护肝脏和抑制脂肪肝的药理作用。文章就人参皂苷CK对肝脏相关作用的国内外文献进行综述，以期为人参皂苷CK在肝脏相关疾病的临床应用研究提供依据。

Abstract：Ginsenoside CK is protopanaxadiol ginsenoside， which is a metabolite produced by intestinal flora after oral administration of protopanaxadiol， and has many pharmacological activities. In recent years， studies have found that ginsenoside CK has a pharmacological effect of anti-liver cancer， protecting the liver and inhibiting fatty liver. In this paper， the related effects of ginsenoside CK on liver at home and abroad were reviewed， which provided the basis for the clinical application of ginsenoside CK in liver-related diseases.

人参皂苷CK为原人参二醇类人参皂苷，其结构属于达玛烷型的四环三萜类皂苷，是二醇型人参皂苷（如Rb1、Rb2、Rc等）经口服后在肠道菌群的作用下所产生的代谢产物，是人参皂苷在体内发挥作用的主要成分之一，具有极高的生物活性[1]。（剩余8306字）
