Abstract: Aiming at the nonlinear and time-varying problems of column temperature control, a piecewise composite temperature control system is designed. In the control system software, temperature error is taken as the decision variable, improved Bang-Bang temperature control strategy is adopted for large temperature deviation, fuzzy temperature control strategy is adopted for medium temperature deviation, and fuzzy PID temperature control strategy is adopted for small temperature difference. In the hardware, Cortex-M3 core processor is used as the core, and temperature acquisition circuit and temperature control circuit are integrated. The experimental results show that the precision of temperature control reaches the expected design goal. When the temperature is set at 40.00°C , the steady-state error of temperature control is within 0.04∘C , and it has good anti-interference ability.
