基于复频谱共轭插值的电网信号参数估计方法

Abstract: As distributed power sources and strong random loads large-scale access to the power system. Estimation of power signal faces the challenge of strong noise and rapid signal fluctuations. Discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is the most popular algorithm for estimation of power signal. However, its spectral leakage and fence effect seriously restrict the behavior when the observation window is short. In this paper, we propose a new parameter estimation method based on complex spectral conjugate interpolation and rectangular window. The method first incorporates the negative spectral components of the fundamental into the derivation process. Then, the complex conjugate property of DFT bin is utilized to eliminate the spectral leakage and fence effect. Experiment results show that the proposed method outperforms existing DFT-based algorithms in frequency, amplitude and phase estimation under strong noise and short observation windows.
