枸杞多糖治疗骨科疾病的作用机制研究

摘要：枸杞多糖作为枸杞的主要活性成分，具有调节免疫、减缓炎症因子释放、抗氧化应激、改善骨代谢等作用，常应用于治疗周围神经损伤、膝骨关节炎、腰椎间盘退化、骨折、骨肉瘤、股骨头坏死、骨质疏松等骨科疾病。本文对枸杞多糖治疗骨科疾病及相关机制进行详细阐述，以期为临床运用枸杞多糖治疗骨科疾病提供参考。

Abstract： As the main active ingredient of Lycium barbarum， Lycium barbarum polysaccharide has the effects of regulating immunity， slowing down the release of inflammatory factors， anti-oxidative stress and improving bone metabolism. It is often used in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury， knee osteoarthritis， lumbar disc degeneration， fracture， osteosarcoma， femoral head necrosis， osteoporosis and other orthopedic diseases. In this paper， the treatment of orthopedic diseases and related mechanisms of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide were elaborated in detail， in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.
