不同支抗压低前牙的研究进展

[摘 要] 深覆合及露龈笑在临床中十分常见，原因之一为前牙区垂直向发育过度，因此往往需要前牙压低解决。目前前牙压低方法较多，根据支抗类型大致分为牙性支抗、微种植体支抗及混合支抗。本文对不同支抗压低前牙的方法、疗效等作一综述，以期为临床医师提供参考。

Research Progresson Intrusion of Anterior Teethwith Different Anchorages

[Abstract] Deep overbite and gummy smile are very common in clinical practice. One of the reasons is the excessive vertical development of the anterior teeth area， so it often needs to be solved by intrusion of anterior teeth. At present， there are many methods of intrusion of anterior teeth， which are roughly divided into dental anchorage， micro-implant anchorage and mixed anchorage according to the types of anchorage. This article reviews the methods and effects of different anchorages for intrusion of anterior teeth， in order to provide reference for clinicians.
