铸瓷贴面与烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的应用效果比较

[摘 要]目的 比较铸瓷贴面与烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年2月在我院接受口腔美容修复的160例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各80例。对照组予以烤瓷全冠治疗，观察组予以铸瓷贴面治疗，比较两组美学修复效果、牙周状况及不良事件发生情况。结果 两组修复后3、6个月美学修复效果评分均高于修复后1个月，两组修复后6个月美学修复效果评分均高于修复后3个月，且观察组修复后3、6个月美学修复效果评分均高于对照组（P

Comparison of the Application Effects of Ceramic Laminate Veneer and Porcelain Crown in Oral Aesthetic Restoration

[Abstract]Objective To compare the application effect of ceramic laminate veneer and porcelain crown in oral aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 160 patients who received oral aesthetic restoration in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 80 patients in each group. The control group was treated with porcelain crown， and the observation group was treated with ceramic laminate veneer. The aesthetic repair effect， periodontal status and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The aesthetic repair effect score of the two groups at 3 and 6 months after repair was higher than that at 1 month after repair， and the aesthetic repair effect score of the two groups at 6 months after repair was higher than that at 3 months after repair， and the aesthetic repair effect score of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after repair was higher than that of the control group（P
